Handbook Review and Creation
Employment laws are rapidly changing. As federal, state, and local laws develop which broaden the legal protections to which employees are entitled, it is critical that employers’ workplace policies are up to date and compliant with all applicable laws. In addition to creating new handbooks for employers that do not have employee handbooks already in place, the Childress Firm also conducts reviews of existing employment policies and employee handbooks for legal compliance to help employers minimize their risk of liability.
