District of Columbia law requires businesses with at least one tipped wage worker to complete sexual harassment prevention training every two years from a DC-certified trainer. Jessica Childress is certified by the DC Office of Human Rights to offer training in anti-harassment to DC tipped wage earners. The Childress Firm’s Sexual Harassment Prevention on-demand e-course meets the training requirements of the DC Tipped Wage Workers Fairness Amendment Act. This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
